In 2017, there were 386 people living with HIV or AIDS in Flint, 81% of whom were under viral suppression; 28 people were diagnosed in 28. But health officials are worried about the people out there who still don’t know they are infected.

This small city has been dealing with health problems caused by polluted drinking water on top of its high STD rate which is why officials are so quick to point out that Chlamydia rates have actually dropped in the last couple of years.
