Waterford is the eighth largest city in Stanislaus County. The county officials recorded varying new HIV cases in the recent past. The county showcased a decrease in the HIV prevalence from 60 incidents at a 10.8 prevalence rate in 2018 to 40 new diagnoses rated at 7.2 in 2019.
